Medieval scene

This is a beautiful little medieval scene built by Flickr user "Disco86".

Especially the tree looks very nice. The leafs are interlocking to create a more natural looking tree.

The roofs of the buildings are also very nice. This technique works really well for creating medieval buildings.

Check it on Flikr.

Haldur's Crypt

Haldur's Crypt is a new creation by  Flickr user "- Derfel Cadarn -" for his Dark Isle Saga.

This crypt has a really creepy feeling about it. The crypt and the surrounding trees, plant and walls have a perfect worn look about them.

Check out more on Flickr, and read the story behind the crypt there as well.

Aughnanure Castle

A beautiful castle today. Constructed by "Mark of Falworth".

The castle is based on a real castle in Ireland. The real castle does not sit on a coastline or river.

The water is created beautifully, the round 1x1's are simply deposited around the castle. The use of different colors makes it very realistic.

Beautiful Castle diorama!

This is a beautiful Castle Diorama created by Flickr user "OliveSeon".

It is a diorama of a sea or riverside castle. A great church, pretty village, impressive walls and a beautiful ship all make this a very impressive creation. It is filled with tones of awesome details, like two caught sharks hanging form wooden poles.

Also there are some very funny jokes hidden in this creation, can you spot them all?

The Pied Piper of Hamelin

One of the great stories by the Brothers Grimm, The Pied Piper of Hamelin.

This story is brought to Lego life by Flickr user "TheBrickAvenger".

The scene is instantly recognizable, with all the rats following the Piper. The buildings and the gate look very nice and make this a beautiful scene.

Medieval Layout Asca Duin

Again "Zcerberus" has created a beautiful moc!

This time it is a layout of medieval times. Beneath the rock face there is an underground area. Also you might recognize the green dome of the church, a very creative use of that part!

As always the details look great and beautiful.

Dalheim Medieval Diorama

Here we have a beautiful medieval diorama, created by Flickr user "shutnic".

The creator has built the landscape very nicely. The back of the diorama is raised to make it more visible and appealing.

Some creative building techniques were used to construct the buildings and scenery.
Look closely and you might find some collectible minifigures!

The Workshop

Flickr user "ZCerberus" has created this beautiful workshop.

It features the Technic Brick wall building technique. The short Technic beams are all connected to form the grey walls.

This is a very entertaining scene, all the working minifigures and the beautiful building, a great moc.

The Grand Hall

A beautiful creation by Flickr user "ShareburG" built for a Lego building contest.

This is a Grand Hal from medieval times. This Moc features some very original building techniques.

The walls are constructed from bricks staked into irregular patterns. This technique has been used in streets but not often to create walls. Also the tables and benches are created very nicely.

Check out this Moc on Flickr.

Up in the trees!

This is a tree house from medieval times created by mocpages user "Z Cerberus".

The tree house sits on three trees and is coverd by some tree branches and leafs. On the ground there are forest flowerbeds, two knights on horses and some of the tree house inhabitants.

The trees are constructed very nicely, the look very real.

Check out more on Mocpages.

Medieval Windmill

The windmill is a very important part of every medieval village or farm. They process and often store the food and crops from the farm.

This windmill was created by Flickr user "Candia_30". The use of different colours and the curving technique make this a beautifull little windmill.

Just imagine several of these on a big farm with lots of crops and farm animals!

Medieval Fortress

This is great medieval fortress built by Flickr user ZCerberus. ZCerberus used the increasingly popular Technic wall construction for the tower. It gives a real brick feel to the tower.

Also the scenery around the fortress is nicely done. There are what looks like burnt trees and tree branches all around the walls.

It is a very beautiful build. The house in the center is very detailed. All over there is lots to see!
