It has been on the internet for a while but it is still worth posting.
This is a beautiful moc of Rivendell, created by Flickr and Brickshelf user "Blake's Baericks".
It looks very much like Rivendell from the movies. You will find several scenes of the movie in this creation.
The buildings and all the surrounding cliffs and trees are all constructed very nicely.
Check it out on Flickr and Brickshelf.

Colonial Outpost
This is a beautiful Colonial Outpost built by Flickr user "The Brick Time Team".
It is an outpost on a island and rock formation. The whole scene is constructed beautifully. There is a lot to see and the outpost it self has a perfect weathered look.
The sea consists of loose single round bricks, this creates a very realistic water effect. Also the use of different colors in the sea make it look even more realistic.

Mountainside Meadow
This is a beautiful piece of landscaping by Flickr user "Mark of Falworth".
Built for a Lego landscaping contest, detailed landscapes like this are very rare. Most people focus on buildings and popular themes.
Look closely and you will see one lonely adventurer.
The trees and rock formations are really beautiful and extremely detailed.

The dragon and the hobbit
The upcoming Hobbit movie makes us curious about what the dragon Smaug will look like. Well the Lego Smaug might just look something like this.
Flickr user "Fat Tony 1138" has done a great job of creating this dragon of myth and its treasure.
Check it out on Flickr.
For a Lego building contest Flickr user "soccersnyderi" has built the top of Mount Doom and the inside where Frode must destroy the One Ring.
This is one of the most memorable scenes of the movie and the creator has done a great job of making it instantly recognizable.

Star Wars Relativity
Everything is relative, and this Star Wars moc by Flickr user "Paul Vermeesch" is a perfect example.
Escher, the original artist of this concept, would be proud.
All the different locations are instantly recognizable for the Star Wars fans, and are all very accurate.

Life Below
In a post apocalyptic world we might be forced to live underground just like this moc by Flickr user "-Pendragon-".
The different layers of soil are nicely visible and realistic. The caves look very natural and the man made homes are fitted in real nice.
"-Pendragon-" is proving to be an expert on post apocalyptic Lego building. Check out more on Flickr!
