Rivendell

It has been on the internet for a while but it is still worth posting.

This is a beautiful moc of Rivendell, created by Flickr and Brickshelf user "Blake's Baericks".

It looks very much like Rivendell from the movies. You will find several scenes of the movie in this creation.

The buildings and all the surrounding cliffs and trees are all constructed very nicely.

Lego Jelcz 043

This is a beautiful Lego creation of the Jelcz 043 bus built by Brickshelf user Noddy.

These buses were built in 1950's Poland.

The bus is on minifigscale and it looks like it has a working steering mechanism.

Look closely and you will see there are curtains on the inside!

The new Minifig Series 5 inspires a lot of new minifig moc's.

Like this little detective scene. You can't help but wonder what he is looking fore. And what about that envelope and the treasure map....

RhB Alpine Classic Pullman Express

The RhB Alpine Classic Pullman Express is a luxury Swiss train line.

Brickshelf user "namo" has done a great job of recreating the train in Lego.

Not only the carriages but also the engine are very detailed and beautifully built.

Al-Wahat, The Oasis

This is a beautiful Persian/Arabic castle build by Lowlug member and Brickshelf user Aliencat.

The use of the different colors and all the different angles is just perfect.

This would fit very nicely in every Prins Of Persia scene.

There is a small oasis on the side of the castle, hence the name.

Black Bertha

Discovering the wild west was made possible by some great trains, like Black Bertha.

Whenever trains and the western theme collide it can mean only one thing, train robbery. Or in this case they are trying to free a captured indian.

Brickshelf user MCDB built Black Bertha. It is a simple yet very western design. The wagons are very cool. And MCDB put his SNOT skills to good work.

This is a beautiful traditional tram from Lisbon Portugal. It was rebuilt by Brickshelf user nuno2500.

There are a lot of cool little details, like the stickers and the windows.

Also the tram is powered by a 9V train motor.

The little engine that could...

This a cool little steam engine built by Brickshelf userin81212 (nice username).
The use of yellow green and gold makes this unique little train.

Big Thunder Mountain

This is a very spectacular Lego build of the Disney roller coaster ride Big Thunder Mountain.

Brickshelf user Flash has done a great job of placing the scene in the cowboy era.

Also worth a mention is the dinosaur skeleton, this an actual track side element in the Disney ride.

Schienenbus

The Schienenbus was Germany's answer to cheaper and more affordable railway transportation.

Now Brickshelf user Bambi has brought it to the Lego railway's.

His Lego rebuild of the Schienenbus is PF powered, has working lights and can still carry a few Minifigs.

Another Talespin MOC!

Again we find that Talespin is an inspiration to build Lego Moc's.

Despite using very few pieces Brickshelf user Tbone-tbl has still captured the most eye catching features of the Duck and he has put his SNOT skills to great use.

Loading and unloading

Brickshelf user Ugthepug did a really good job of this truck. He has built the cab so it can tilt forward and expose the engine.

Also the truck has a loading mechanism to load and unload the container off or on the trailer.

Yohoho and a bottle of rum!

Today I found this awesome pirate tavern on Brickshelf.

Builder Weil has done a great job of the exterior as well as the interior. Inside you will find a jolly group of pirates enjoying their drinks and card games.

You can only imagine why the Imperial soldiers are showing up. I doubt their in for a party.

A true Minifig Adventure!

Birckshelf user Bobofrut has built this awesome Landrover type off-road vehicle with what looks like a working suspension.

A little trailer is attached to the back, it holds all the minifig's traveling equipment.

The canvas/paper roof is a nice finish to the vehicle as is the spare wheel on the front.

The two small patches of off-road terrain are nicely built.

Nikaia Antipolis

This beautiful Lego creation of a Greek Acropolis has been built by Brickshelf and Mocpages user Dan.

Here he has built an Acropolis that features a temple, with interior, a theater, with a show going on, a grand entrance and two statues of Greek gods.

This is massive and beautiful build.

The Brick Of Zorro

Few hero's are as iconic as Zorro. Central America's very own Robin Hood has made it to the Lego world.

Brickshelf user "Flash" has built a MOC from one of the many dueling scenes seen in the Zorro films and tv series.

The building beneath the dueling scene is very nice. A walkway with a wooden roof and a fair maiden. And the street level features a nice scene of trading and one sleeping minifig.

The Old West

This Western Lego build is more than a year old but still worth a mention.

It is a beautiful western diorama built by Brickshelf user and LUGPol member Kris.

The diorama consists of three separate MOC's

On the left there is the Saloon. Here any tired old cowboy can sit down and enjoy a drink.

In the back on the right there is the Hotel. In the Hotel travelers form anywhere can rest.

And finally in the front there is the Train Station and the water tower.

Festival in the far east

Strait from Brickshelf comes to us the Sino Festival by Obscurence.

A beautiful Asian style Lego build. The roofs are very detailed and the dragon carried by the minifigs is beautiful.

And the train station's where beautiful. The white wall's give the station a classy feel and the SNOT roof is always a nice western touch.

The UK icon!

The UK icon! However this particular bus is a Lego rebuild of a Regent 3 bus from Lisbon.

Found in the Brickshelf folder of Jay Fields, this Lego bus has all of it's real counterpart's iconic features. Such as the rear entry and the empty space above the right wheel.
